I'm sorry...I try my best to purchase products locally and not from dirt cheap China suppliers but when other popular brake light strobes like the "back Off" are selling for $50 and more, I can't pass up the insanely reduced cost.

This one is called GS-100A and when connected inline with an LED bulb, it produces multiple flashes....then solid ON
It requires an LED bulb(s) to see the first few rapid flashes but with non-LED bulb you still get the slower flashes.

But....what if you have more then one brake light bulb? Do you have to change ALL of them out? That could add up to more than a "normal" strobe mod.... :headscratch:

It is kewl tho, especially for the price. :clapping:

To get the first quick flashes and to get the real effect ya gotta have LED bulbs no matter which flasher you use.

What is a "normal strobe mod"?

I was referring to this type of contraption.

So on my 1500, I would have to swap out at least 6 or 8 bulbs to LEDs to make this one work.

It's up to you. Spend more money on the others if you like.
My intention for this thread was to show what I did on the KLR with a brighter LED than the stock bulb. As I said, this strobe does flash a stock bulb 4 times, you just don't see the quick flashes at the beginning that you do with LED bulbs. To me 4 times with a stock bulb is still an improvement.
