I think they mis-spelled the description.....they put "Bobber" instead of "Goober".....
There's no way that thing is ridable. Looks like someone had a "vision"(more likely a hallucination) late one night after a few too many party favors. Cut the frame all up, then realized the engine wouldn't fit back in it, then "pushed it to the side".... :doh:

It does look weird, but I think he's crafted some sort of air ride nonsense....


It's possible...the rear shocks look like they are all the way compressed. Perhaps shooting air in them will raise it up enough to make it workable. Not for me, tho someone might like to finish it. :builder:
