Working on my 80 1100 today found I'm missing a few small parts:
1) spring and washer for oil filter (4&5 in the diagram)
2) dust cap for choke (idem 14)
Yes I know i can buy new but someone must have these they want get rid of :beg:

My Bike Models: 1984 GL1200 Standard - 18,000 miles

1987 GL1200 Interstate - 61,000

Every bike I have bought came without the oil filter washer, so I made my own. I just got a large washer and drilled the hole out to the right size. As far as the spring goes... I'll check when I get home tonight, but I am pretty sure I have one.

Just what I suspected... my donor 1200 motor had a spring but no washer. If you want the spring, it's yours.

The parts carb rack I have, I thought had that cap but I’m not finding it. I’ll keep looking, but if someone else comes up with it, take it.

I think I still have a boat anchor... err, I mean 1100 stock carb rack in the shop. If I have it, I'll throw the cap in with the spring.
