Bored -just being an a%#

I found one of these trunk light set-ups on ebay a while back for my Aspy clean up I just did. Cost was about 30 bucks with shipping I think.
I had posted on some ones thread a picture of mine because they only had the light and needed to see the wiring. Then a couple guys asked if anyone had one for sale. Well, guess what I just found for 26.71 with shipping, another whole set up un-molested (most you find are)
Do I need it? no
Is it for sale? no
Will it sit on my GL parts shelf forever? yes

stuff is good....I will always the episode of MASH when pierce and hawkeye went to a guy to get an incubator from a black market. The guy didn't want to sell one said he didn't have one he could sell, pierce and hawkeye said "but you have three of them right here", the guy looked at them and said "yea I have three but if I sell you one I'll only have two"
I can relate....

Yup, me too. Way back in the early 70s I bought a "Cycle Sound" radio housing to go in the Windjammer fairing on my BMW. Somewhere along the way, I picked up a second Cycle Sound even though I had no use for it. It's been sitting on the shelf in my shop for at least 30 years. Now that I'm getting this Goldwing on the road, I'll FINALLY have a use for it! The Wing has a Windjammer!

Never mind...I thought by the title of the thread you were bored with being an a :sensored: e....I wuz gunna offer some alternative occupations.... :blush: :whistling:
