What is needed to make the rear shocks manually adjustable... like with an air compressor instead of the onboard compressor?

And exactly what I need is the metric size so I can but it and the use a common air valve! i am sure there are metric to SAE available but what size?

If you need examples on rigging the hoses, take a look at an 85 Interstate because it has air shocks and no compressor.
