My buddy had a tune up done on his 84 interstate and had fluids changed, air filter and spark plugs.

He says now he thinks there is a misfire he hears. I told him to send me some videos on that as I live a couple hours away.

Take a listen to this one. I feel like I am hearing a pulsing hissing noise indicating maybe a loose spark plug. Thoughts?

Not sure from that position, something closer to the exhaust would have been more helpful, they do tend to sound like that from above. .Thought I heard a hiccup when the throttle was blipped.
 
Perhaps the air box dint get put back on properly, and he's hearing air being sucked into the box. Other than that, I don't hear anything unjujual on the vid.
