yes my garage will be open and have a trailer for breakdowns. Sounds great.tom
You won't need them for a Honda rally even if they are Oldwings Tom! :smilie_happy:

I'm just a couple hours away so I would be in. Sounds like we could have some fun rides together. Besides a lot of you have tools in case the Gold Witch pukes out.

Might be a bit of a stretch for me to get there, but I am putting it on my calendar! I have the equipment to camp quite nicely, its getting the time off.

Me too, but it won't be a speed run like the last time. I would want to enjoy the ride a little better.

Towing my trailer keeps me around 73 MPH. Maybe we could ride out together again if we can get the time off?

I'm posting here just to keep the proposal on the radar. Can anyone tell me how to put this in a banner so new people can see it?

Tom
I created a ride event in the calendar here calendar.php?view=event&calEid=171&calM=6&calY=2017

That is in the heat of our busy season but I'm only 6 hours north. I'll try my best to attend. Sounds like a great event!
If I take our motorhome there would be room for a few guests (air conditioning anyone?).

Come on down, bring a bike & enjoy. I want to lay out 100, 150, & 200 mile loops so we can run a different route each day.

Comments are encouraged.

Tom

The number of attendees will determine which sites we use.

Up to 16 people. Boulder campground, spot 23. Accommodates 2 RVs and 7 tents. $16 per night for site. My treat.

Up to 32 people. Boulder campground, add spot 30. Accommodates total of 4 RV & 14 tents. $32 per night for site unless some else has a Senior pass for America the Beautiful, then $16 per night.

I'll put in a reservation on spot 23 around the middle of Dec (up to 6 months ahead of time).

Please come and stay as long as you want. The campground typically has empty sites; if you're wanting a separate site for your RV, please reserve it as close to spot 23 as possible.

oooh, this sounds like fun. I was planning to go to Tennessee the following week with another group, but the date hasn't been set yet, and this group talks about my kind of stuff ( old goldwings). So I've marked my calendar and I'll make sure the teardrop trailer is operational.

Sign me up! I wont have a problem getting time off this far in advance, and this will be the longest trip I've ridden. Coming from about 6 hours east, just gotta make sure the bike is up to par for the trip out there by June. Looking forward to it!
