Since i ride my gl1200a i've had the metzeler me880 back and front. They lasted aprox 12000km, were just ok dry and dangerous in wet. Then i changed to the continental cm milestones that are pretty sure dry and wet but the rear one is down after only 6000km! A schock! The oldwing isn't a race bike and i drove it like always before. Well i need a new tire and there's near these two the avon cobra av72 that i never had before. Does anyone have experiences with the cobra; wet, dry, how's lasting? I'll not buy anymore the continental, it's just to expensive this way. Should the cobra be b***shit i'll put the metzeler again. I hope not.
