I have installed OEM turn signals and an OEM headlight on my GL1100 Standard. I have checked the shop manual, but cannot find the proper routing for the wires coming out of the front turn signals. When I installed them, it seems the best way to get the wires out of the bracket is through the bottom at the back of the bracket.

Problem is, that route seems to have nicked one of the wires while I was riding today (Chafing?).

Also, it seems that all of the wires behind the headlight have to go into the headlight fixture in order for the headlight connector to reach the bulb.

Any help from anyone with a Standard that can check their wire routing for me?

sheesh there a spot there Gerry where the wires do have room there and hard to keep there while doing four hand job with just two hands ... seems thers a small cut out there Gerry but I cold be full of it this is memory working ...it usually don't
