the wing ticked over 100,000 miles Saturday the bad part was that I wasn't riding it at the time :rant:

Thats a bit like raising your kids right and hearing about their successes after the fact...you still get to be proud of their accomplishments. Be proud you made this possible.
That's funny ddb. I'd be bummed, too. That's a milestone on any motorcycle - although not really at all uncommon for us "Wingers".
I can't really think of any other design that's as long-legged as the Goldwing. I don't even think the BMW airheads do as well as a whole.

My 85I rolled over 100,000 last year and now shows a little over 3,000 miles. However, even new paint can't disguise the fact it has been a long 32 years for the bike. :moped: :music:
