Noise a idler pulley makes with bad/dry bearings

This is one sound if a timing belt idler pulley has a bad or dry bearing.



This same pulley after a 15 minute ride. Much louder and has started to produce a 'whine'.



This noises can be easily heard while sitting on the seat.
The belt covers do muffle much of the noise.
