No... the two pieces that are holding the diaphragm in place are glued in place and the diaphragm is also glued in place. It can be done, but you need to break the glue without breaking the fragile plastic that holds the diaphragm in place. The one bad diaphragm I experimented with, I tried for 45 minutes before the plastic broke.
 
That is some kind of different glue used! I am not sure what type of solvent wouldn't eat those rings either. The frustrating part is that a company will sell just the diaphragm but not the rings and also not provide any kind of instruction on how to replace them... or you could try sabre cycle, They sell a replacement slide and if you believe their review, there is nothing wrong with them.
 
JBM industries have a lot of info. I have used them in the past. Good info on how to measure for diaphragm. diameter, dish and key. Jerry
