    Passed on it. He relisted it on craigslist for $200 an I think it finally sold. Probably for around $100. Just seemed like too much work for little gain.

    I get the flu shot every year,an haven't had the flu for many many years. Remember way back in 1918 millions died in this country alone an many more around the world. Vaccine must be doing something right.

    77 wing for sale. Pretty beat up lots of rust and dirt,fairing junk.all plastic is in tough cond. an engine frozen up. I tried to kick it over and with all my weight on the lever it would not move. I originaly offered $200 but changed my mind. I'm thinking $100 for parts. Good idea or pass?

    1975 GL1000 Restoration Project

    My rebuilt 75.Not a complete restoration just a good cleanup and carb work,strip off all the old faring wiring and back to naked Wing. New tires, belts and home made windshield,lowers.backrest an cargo rack. Total investment with bike purchase, less than $900.

    Layed the 1100 down

    Glad your ok. I had a similar accident four years this month on my Valkyrie. Went into a ditch trying to keep it upright due to frost on a shady 20 mph mountain curve. Doing 40 and losing all traction. Could not slow or make the turn I rode it out until I encountered a drainage grate below...

    While new to this site. The stupidest thing I've done

    I'm a retired machinist and I second the advice of using a left hand drill and retaping the threads to remove burrs and clean out the hole. DO NOT ride that bike with only a small weld holding the pulley on. If it comes off you will have a paper weight.
