    Replace or rebuild shocks?

I went out and looked, the shocks are progressive already... what would I need to rebuild?

    Replace or rebuild shocks?

The next move in my adventures are doing something to the rear shocks. The rear are not holding air, you put air in, the air comes out. I'm trying to figure out if it's worth trying to rebuild the stock shocks, or go to more of a "regular" type of shock...

I'll have to take a look.

    Frame cracked...and other sad stories...

Is it normal to have a hard time getting these bikes on/off the center stand? I can normally get mine on without too much drama, but getting it off is a different story.

    New Indian's

I'm split on this. Yes, I love my tech, and I was an early adopter to gps. First GPS was a Ique 3600 that I bought around 2004. I think a lot of this is kind of overkill, and even more so for a motorcycle. I like my Sena 10c, and at this point prefer to have my music sent to be that way. I...

What did you do to your Wing today ?

I'm playing around right now, I might just pull the vetter off and go back to the naked bike. I have a box or three of 82 magna parts I can salvage the front turn signals and headlight from.

What did you do to your Wing today ?

I'm 6' mostly torso. Option two is to get a cee Bailey with the optional vent.

What did you do to your Wing today ?

I cut my windscreen down. Stock height the top was in my line of sight and it threw the turbulence right at the top of my head giving me a headache. This height the turbulence is right on my face shield on my helmet, so still a little too high. A little more of a trim is needed, which sucks...

What did you do to your Wing today ?

Overall, it wasn't bad. I did order a fork driver kit, which I feel was worth it. Other than that, I ended up running to the local auto parts store to pick up a socket for the top of the forks and an o ring puller as one seal stayed in the lower section. I also didn't remove the uppers from...

Good to know. Took the bike out and she's handling much better. The fan is not fixed but i have it running, it runs all the time, I'll do a better fix on that later.

Fan isn't plugged in, haven't moved stuff yet to find plug. Just did fork seals, the left side had another collar and a plastic washer that the right side didn't have...I also need new brake pads for the front left. The fork springs have also been changed to progressive springs, if I'm...

What did you do to your Wing today ?

I did the fork seals this morning, by the time I was done, it was too hot to do anything else outside...including a test ride. The left side was bad enough, but the right was worse. The right only had about two tablespoons of oil in it when I took it apart. In the coarse of things, it needs...

    Beware buying from GEORGEFIX...

I bought a rebuild kit on Amazon and it was too big, the piston wouldn't fit.

I think the sending unit is bad, as it says the tank is empty, but you can see gas when you remove the gas cap... no big deal, just good to know. The fan on the other hand is something else, I replaced the fuse but it still didn't kick on, even at almost the red overheating mark. I think the...

I haven't added anything yet, first tank of gas.
