Thanks. I missed you guys. I sold my 83 interstate (best bike, best seat) so I didn't hang out here much. I was working on a 78 naked. Finally finished it but I got old in the meantime and the seating position on that thing killed me after a couple hours. Sold it too. now I'm without.

Dan, I think I'll put a 1800 m/c on the list of upgrades. I looked at some on ebay and the space they would occupy....looks tight. I saw the ngw discussion and will review that. Any tips or tricks I should keep in mind? thanks

Dman.. I did the headlight relay mod...would putting a relay on the whole fuse block negate needing the headlight relay mod?

Hey ChiliD, Can one assume.... you used all the same amp fuse's wired in exactly the same config as the stock block? Blue wire nut! :music: I suck at wiring unless i have a drawing and instructions.... Did you install a relay too as per Dan?

Inquiring mind...random thinking. The m/c on my 83 works best just after its bled. Seems I have to do this periodically . I notice the pedal going farther the less use/longer it sits. It has been siting about a year now (busy) and the pedal is no where close to normal. It stops with the back...

where would the #'s be stamped if there were #'s? any pics outstanding?
