It is possible the replacement carb needles are not exactly the same... Accel pump is fine all checked and replaced during the rebuild.. No matter how fast or slow I open the throttle at abut 1/4 its just a dead spot... I will try to re-install the old needles for fun. and check for air leaks.

No response at 1/4. Bogs down anything before or after quarter bike is fine. Usually it's the pilot jet but no matter how we set it it's not going.
