If i put the oil filter adaptor on which spin on filter do i get? -

If given a choice????
Would u rather have a 1 owner 1982 or a one owner 1987 both are about the same looks wise the 1982 timing belts and water pump replaced last year the 1200 is at a car dealer and owner traded it in on a truck...they dont know if belt has been replaced which one would u buy? the 1987 is 1700.00...
