    Crazy Mod , it worked

    Took 2 year +, started Nov "21" put 1985 Gl1200 motor, into a 1983 gl1100 frame.😩😬 At the start lots of head scratching. Shes running, what a difference.😁 I have a 1982 l110 too. I call them my "twins" 😁

    GL1000 shifting to neutral issues

    Hi All. RobGW here. New to the chat. I have a 85 Gl motor in a 1100 frame. Completed the mod. last year. Runs great , still having "teething" issues. I notice gear changing is difficult at times. What is the best grade oil for "85" GL1200 motor. Any insight.
