Note - trialed a new aftermarket TPS for a 1985 Honda Civic/Prelude. Would have preferred to test on an oscilloscope but since I do not have one, bike is test bed. TPS had a dead spot around 3000 RPM. Removed and installed original OEM TPS.
The slight stumble/hesitation of the engine at low RPM was gone with the install of the aftermarket TPS. Search is still on for a suitable replacement with a clean voltage curve.
