"I have been eyeballing the Northern Tool trailer that is all aluminum and it weighs in at 135lbs with wheels and lighting and is about 400.00 $US"

This one ? Ultra-Tow 4ft. x 8ft. Folding Aluminum Utility Trailer Kit - 1170-Lb. Load Capacity 599 99. Didn't see any aluminum for $400. I started with ths one - Trailer Kit with 40in. x 48in. Bed - 1,060-Lb. Capacity by Ironton $299 99. I removed the small bed and built the 48 X 96 frame out of aluminum. The frame, axle, tires, & iron tongue weighed 110lbs when I started. Had to use the iron tongue because it had the trailer data plate and Illinois is tough on home-made trailers.
