Okay folks as of now you will get a full 24 hours to modify any posts you make. Those of you who are forum supporters have a bit longer. Like nearly forever! :smilie_happy:
This is on a test basis for now but. I have faith in all the members here that this will not become an issue.
End of announcement. Let the comments fly!

Hello Everyone, I am a relatively new street bike/cruiser rider and have two bikes presently. The first was a 1986 VT1100 Shadow which I love to go for short rides in good weather on. The second is a 1985 1200 goldwing interstate which I bought to entice my wife to ride with me. I also have a running 1985 VT1100 that I bought as a parts bike when I became aware of how difficult it is to find parts for these vintage bikes. I came on here for a little fellowship and advice or info on how to fully enjoy these fantastic and dependable rides.

Very happy about this change, big V. I sometimes don't notice ugly typos until it's too late. I like it!

I spent part of the evening checking out the site and found a few treasures. I am thinking of going to the bike show in Vancouver in January just to get a little more exposure to what is out there for gear and accessories. My Goldwing has a pretty crappy stereo and only two speakers up front that just can't be heard when moving. Initially I didn't care because I wanted no distractions as I got used to riding the bike but have now logged enough miles to be comfortable and am thinking of the best way to have some musical accompaniment. I am open to ideas on how to do this. Thanks in advance.
