That's what I thought but the nut will not go past the shoulder of the bolt and therefore will not catch a thread.bear in mind,I have 2 axles and nuts and both do the same thing

Dan,the nut will not go far enough on the bolt to engage the threads.I'm completely baffled by it.I know it should go,but it wont.

Just as I thought red,I ordered another axle that showed the nut on the axle,so ill see how that one goes.thanks for the pics

the same thing is currently driving me nu- ..er, crazy.

i can't, for the life of me, understand why i can't simply thread the nut back on!
