Needs front and rear brake pads, have them just lazt!
Needs tupperware reassembly.

Don't have title but can get owner to sign whatever you want including Ca title without paper copy
Has owed fees in Ca
I was able to get them to reduce them to 400 but didn't pull the trigger.
