First, I am a YUUUGE blues fan. The bulk of what I listen to tends to lean in that direction. I haven't been a big Samantha Fish fan and this take on "Spell" didn't grab me when she started in on it (both voice and guitar). In fact, I rolled my eyes a bit initially. But, dang did she pull it out! Kinda made me a fan. Maybe I'll explore some of her stuff again. I'd sort of hit and run on the early stuff. (She's only been out there a short while).

She gets props on a few things. Vocal range, a bass player running an Ampeg V4 and great legs.
