Ah, those I haven't replaced, and is what I'm suspecting.
Just had to replace the ECU on a (much) newer bike, so the budget won't allow another $250+ expenditure right now. Maybe Santa will be nice to me
Coils were replaced <1000mi ago. Not new, but good used.
One of mine puked its guts outs.
I haven't had time to really trace it beyond the CDI box under the faux tank. Hopefully the holidays will yield a little spare time.
I'd traced the wires up to that black box and checked their connection. I checked the resistance cold and when it died, but I don't recall what the results were.
I'll check it closer. Thanks!
'85 Aspencade. Runs like a top. For about 10min, then she shuts off like I turned off the key. Will not restart. No fire.

You'd need to play with the resistance to get the difference you want.
It would look something like this:

Anyone know where to pick up bushings for them? The ones between the top/bottom and the frame/swing arm.
The rest of the parts appear to be available through OEM sources.
Texas has similar requirements (though I don't think they differentiate between Classic and Antique) But the key in ours is "public display" I was showing it off on the way to work officer! :smilie_happy:
I have my bikes tagged regular and the Wing clearly qualifies for the Classic tags...
Picked up a pair of GL1200 air shocks to replace my wore out GL1100 shocks. I've acquired Progressive springs to go in them as well.
The bushings on my 1100 are wore out and I can't seem to find them still available through OEM sources. Anybody know what size they are and if the 11 and 1200's...
