You need to buy a water pump too the leak could be because of a failed pump you can rebuild the pump or buy a new one there is no reason to go to that much work and not replace it while your in there you can get a rebuild kit from this guy in the UK for about 35 buck look up wingovations he sells a great rebuild kit and it will have instructions on how to do it
 
Thanks for the advice, funny I forgot the cover had to come off I thought the water pump screws were on the frontside of the water pump, yes I will be rebuilding my pump if possible, might not come apart so easy , just bought the KP set from Japan.

That company in United Kingdom for the water pumpseal set is top notch the guy's name is John he restores old gold wings does a good job
