I was wondering what kind of fuel mileage everyone is getting on their 1100. I have an 83 and my last fill up I only got 27 mpg. It was all city driving. When I did a longer run it was at 40mpg.

All original bike with 26000 miles. needs a good cleaning but in pretty good shape

bought a 1983 gl1100 interstate about 5 years ago and just got it on the road. I've been riding Honda's over 30 years but just upgraded to the bigger bikes.
