Hi, would you still have the starter? We're trying to get a donated GL1000 (1975) running and the starter is bad. We use donated bikes and vehicles in our therapy programs for kids and young adults that are currently in treatment or have been in treatment for cancer in the past. You can see my original post about the Austin Hatcher Foundation here:

Just let me know what you'd want for the starter plus shipping to Chattanooga, TN. Thank you!

Daniel

I would like the speedometer if it's available. Please run the gauge with a drill in reverse to see if it works first.

How much for handlebars with controls and brake line, and rear shocks?
waiting for a good day to take everything off. what i do is take everything to the shipper and get a quote for shipping and ask you to pay that amount plus what you feel is a fair price.

If you still have a title to it I'd like to buy the frame with the title. I inherited a very restorable 83 from an uncle that passed recently and no one seems to be able to find a title for it. In MO only the titled owner can get a replacement title and it's nearly impossible for anyone else to get one. The best and nearly only way to save an old girl with a great figure is to strip her down and give her new bones and birth certificate! FYI, USPS, fedEx, UPS will all accept a frame without boxing or wrapping it in any way as long as the shipping tag is attached in a way it can't come off and it's at least, semi clean. So if your checking for the cheapest way to ship it regardless of who the carrier will be, "DON'T BOX IT"! lol
