Yea, just to be clear that is two yolks in one egg(I wouldnt post about eating two eggs), the left egg is allot larger then the others..never had that before.

Looks like the yokes on you! :smilie_happy:
(sorry...had to do it!)
It was but I changed my shirt

Not common, but double-yoke eggs do happen at times. We used to get them about 5-6 times a year back home on da farm. Never noticed any external differences, tho....all our eggs were pretty much the same size...large! So..ya killed two birds with one skillet... :good:

Any ancient folklore about getting one, special powers when once eaten?..Feeling kinda good today, should I buy a lottery ticket?

:headscratch: Yeeesh Jeff...just how old do ya think I am???

:smilie_happy:

I'm sure my Dad had plenty of goofy tales about the amazing powers you could get from a dy egg....but I don't remember any of them off hand. All I can say for sure is that it is apparently bad luck for the chicken(s).... :hihihi:

I'm not sure if a dy egg could ever hatch, either....we never had any twins, but then again....they all looked the same to me anyway...

The downside is double the cholesterol, most is in the yoke.
That doesn't sound lucky at all.
