Rebuilt the slave on my 1200. Hard to get around the sidecar so I went under. Made simple work of it.
Brothers hoist not mine.

Hmmm...

My slave cyl has a slight leak... the kind that... the more you use it, the less it leaks... so the seal is worn out... and I've got a kit here, but haven't done the job yet (I'm seriously low on 'round tuits').

But Tory... you've given me a little inspiration here.

Did you take any OTHER pix of it (like, your access view from below)

Did you experience any obstruction, have to remove other components, or use special tools to get it done?

And how did you configure your support to hold the bike and sidecar on the lift? Not wheel trays, obviously...

I have a 5k Hyster forklift... I could make a support cradle to lift my 1200...
 
Nothing to it, if the sidecar wasn't there could do that it on the ground if needed.
Just removed the hose and took off the 3 8mm bolts and did it at the bench
