Extra Parts

I have not been able to work on my 86 GL1200I for some time. I finally got back to it and I have these extra parts. Not sure what they are or where they go. I have looked through my manuals and can't find any information. any help would be greatly appreciated.

They are part of the lower fairing, just above the engine. They belong behind the body colored gill lower.
