Well gonna try this post again how to replace orings on your coolant tubes orings without removing carbs
Step 1
Tools 12inch extension 16mm socket 10mm socket red scotch pad 150 grit wet sandpaper case halve sealant (hondabond or three bond both made by same company)
Step 2
Remove elbow and tubes by removing 10mm bolts on top head go ahead clean the elbow and tubes with scotch pad now sand mating surface on a board with sandpaper glued to it like this

Step 3
Put blue shop rag in head hole

Now sand with small block with sandpaper glued to wood to keep surface flat this should be done on any gasket anyway sand till I looks like this then vacuum the holes really good

Step 4
Make sure oring came out of manifold under carbs may have to use a pick tool
Step 5
Take long extension with16mm socket cut a piece of scotch pad tape it over socket like this

Take socket stick in hole spin spin spin make sure to clean all corrosion from manifold be careful here don't push to hard or you'll damage manifold then vacuum the hole really good

Step 6
Get this oring don't worry it will fit

Place oring on tube lube up real good with air tool oil it lubes and it will dry out. Put elbow on first with a twisting motion push and twist
Step 7
Place gasket on head with case sealant ( Hondabond) now with elbow facing up push end into manifold push and twist watch your oring don't pinch it push firmly and twist until elbow lines up with head and gasket mating
Step 8
Now put your bolts in snug

Now fill your radiator Honda antifreeze or the blue zerex now your done go outrun a Harley lol good day
