That is cool! I still prefer my aftermarket dipstick. Getting on the ground to check the oil was always a pain in the butt.

That's a neat idea, but I don't see myself drilling a hole in the case. Gives me an idea to install an LED on the outside with a pushbutton so I don't have to keep a flashlight handy.

Neat idea, but how long before the additives in the oil start attacking and breaking down the insulation on the wires? :headscratch:

I actually have one on my GL1800. The Uni-go trailer is fully hidden back there, so the camera lets me see it for minor backing maneuvers.
