Dang! Has it been six years already?

I guess it has. I’ve put almost 30,000 miles on this thing since it went from Vetter monster to fat girl café. And those have been virtually trouble free miles. What can I say? It’s a Goldwing.

But given that I have pretty much only ridden the thing, washed it, detailed it, change a fluid here and there, that’s about it and the miles are starting to take their toll. As well as a couple of enhancements gone wrong. Going to be doing some freshening up soon. The looks won’t really change, but the mechanicals will improve.

- clutch cover leak (botched hydraulic upgrade)
- might revisit the conversion
- differential seal. The one inside the hub
- Stretched throttle cable. Can’t get the slop adjusted out.
- One fork leg started to weep pretty good
- tires again. (Shinkos again)
- Go back to a superbike handle bar
- new mirrors

I think that’s pretty much yet. Don’t know exactly when these things will be going to happen as I have multiple projects in the pipeline, but it will be a sequence that will begin very soon.
