New project! 83 i

Going to pick up my next projectjust because it's a cheap '83. Newer tires and belts, but blows white smoke so head gaskets in my future. Mileage is a little high at 133k, but otherwise it looks good. The po says it uses some oil (no black smoke) could failed head gasket account for some of this?

I'd say, not to mention valve stem seals and valve guides. But having the heads worked is always worthwhile when your replacing the gaskets.
