Your right I like to look at the pictures of the projects to :cry: I'll take a pic and post it tomorrow I just put the bike away. Now I'm experimenting with fiber glassing my seat pan it has a crack.
I don't know the brand I bought it from a member on another forum along with one of those beaded seat pads.

It doesn't quite go down to the bend. Once you get it installed You fill the bike with with oil and then you have to mark the stick, I put a file mark on it so I would know the right amount of oil.

I installed one of those JC Whitney dipsticks on the '81 engine and it kept on dripping at the compression fitting no matter what I did. The '83 engine has a very large sight glass so I do not need the dip stick if anyone needs one.
