If you are over 50 and don't do touring as you use to and only ride with the fellas on a Saturday or Sunday then the transformation to cruising is in effect to show the Harleys GWs can be cruiser as well, And can be a bagger ad well.

He, he,...I didn't start touring untill after 50. The nice feature about my '83 is you can leave the top box in the campground for a day ride, pops off with two latches. For a real bagger look, the rear rack needs to come off.

I love my bagger wing. Still have the trunk but not necessary for what I need it for. If I'm going to stay out of town for a week or longer I have my army duffel bag that I strap down then I can take inside with me. Easy and more convenient.
