Why the hell was she not charged with attempted vehicular manslaughter? Laws must be different up yonder, I guess. Taking your hands off the wheel, and letting the vehicle go wherever it wants(regardless of whether or not Jesus is driving) is a contentious decision, and would not absolve the driver from the ensuing mayhem that would obviously happen. Did she also let Jesus use the accelerator pedal, and block him from using the brake pedal????? And....IF it is found she was taking her prescribed Vicodin at the time, then she also knew she should not have been driving...which puts her under the influence....another charge.
Wonder if her insurance will cover Jesus' driving?
