Those who wish to be included in the user groups may have to update their information. For example, Daeouse avatar shows a 1200, but in his info there is no mention of this. Do we use what is the person's profile as the guide for inclusion in the database so to speak?

Sorry for the confusion, I lust after the 1200, so I used the pic for my Ava. LOL!
Go with a fuel injected 1200, won't be disappointed (I'm a bit biased - prefer the fuel injection)

My honey distracted me with do’s over the weekend, so I’ll work on setting this up when I can. During the week is hard with work.

Browsing the threads for 1200 owners, have found 44 to date - some are duplicates because of multiple bikes in their stable(s). Lots of good reading while doing this.

Using the following in my spreadsheet:

Moniker/Name
Rank
Date joined
Country
Model
Year
Number of Bikes (if two 1986 Aspencades - 2 is the cell input)
Posts
Active Topics
Current/Sold

Also keeping tabs on the various threads. One of the sheets in my spreadsheet is tracking the various topics and URL. Too much time on my hands I know. Have a sheet specific to '85 LTD and '86 SEi owners from the various forums.

Cheers

don't laugh, when I first joined I had a 1200 wing and this was an 1100 wing forum then about a year later I got a 1500 wing. I feel like a trend setter :)

Got my list done. . .

Have perused 4 of the 18 pages for 1200s and have 60 users identified - 8 of which have 2 different models of 1200.

Actually, going through the membership profiles is the only practical way to do it. PMs from every individual would quickly become unmanageable.
Point well made.

I have 11 active 1500 users, but several others that no longer exist. As for 1800's , I think I only saw one or two...

As for how they were found, it really is a case of combing through the gallery and checking each and every folder/group. It took me hours to find my 11. . .

Going through the member's profile(s) is good, but I am finding a lot of new information about various topics from going through the 1200 forum.

Some of the profiles are lacking in information such as the model or year. Find the thread(s) can provide this information. Will look at both.

Cheers

Yeah I don’t think we’ll be extending this forum’s ‘wing lineup beyond the 1500. Not any time soon anyway. Even 1500 is pushing it.

Just finished up the 1200 review and have my spreadsheet. Have 322 users of which 38 users have more than one 1200.

There are:

136 Aspencade owners
99 Interstate owners
22 1985 Limited Edition owners
14 1986 SE-i owners
16 Standard owners

The remainder of the bikes are not identified by model, the year is missing, the year and model are missing, or they are customs or projects. There may be other SE-i fuel injected models identified only as an Aspencade.

Good exercise.

Cheers
