    Wow! that is right there is probably the most important point made on this thread. Forget some wrinkled paint and your carb. What do you have in your shop or shed or house that can touch of a fire. Be Safe Turn OFF Your Fuel

    As far as the carb loading up you're OK. My story is, I had a glass serviceable filter break in the middle of the night. I HAD the petcock OFF and gas was still everywhere. Turns out, it still will drip pretty good when you go PAST off. You just never know....

    the GT15 is a cool set-up. Joe, I would recommend a draw through (sucker) if you're going to use your carb. Carb blow through's are a giant PITA. Just sayin' The NGW project is a fuelie blow through. HOTT

    Make it look like this... While you're at it add the cable stop yoke. I transplant the slotted hole from original throttle to the back of the pulley.
