I just picked up a barn find with some rust issues and am looking for some fenders and taillight and rear turn signals
Also a grab rail and maybe more as the bike come apart.

You are talking about the advance and Pulse initiator unit sitting just above the clutch right. The one that needs the swing arm removed?
Well the job is done, and things are OK. Had some issues with faulty parts but we have moved on. The question is, I just noticed that the plugs and gaps are different between 80 and 83 engines. Is this due to some upgrade on the coils or ignition ccts?
Or did Honda just decide that the 1100...
They must have been very busy, searching out my name on all the forums. I suppose they feel that trying to make me look incompetent they win. It just makes Saber Cycle look a lot stoopid. They should have at least asked for the gaskets to be returned. Maybe I will take a picture of them laying...

I am wondering if anybody has an unusable 80-81 carb, they can take the idle jet from and mail it to me. I drilled out the jet with a Dremel and now rue the day my wife bought me that tool

Actually they come out quite easy, spray and soak em for a while. use a small self tapping screw into the jet opening and pry them out. They can then be cleaned (the horizontal holes are really cruddy). They can be tapped back in with small bolt or rod. The question is do they stay in, and I...
Bought this as a basket case for $500 perhaps it was $1000.00 too much, learned lots still learning, the carbs are off right now as the idle jets would not come clean. The rear master has to be rebuilt as it won't build up pressure. Lots of fun.
