Rode to work today, 35 miles one way.

I have one, and stear the bike from the side on to the ramp. I have the straps ready to put on and then tighten the wheel brace.

Rode the 84 to town and got her inspected, and tagged. 64 degrees here.

I have rode the 84 the last three days to work. Short sleeves to work and a jacket back home. 80 today

Mine did that and it was the fuel filter clogged up, new filter solved that.

Over the weekend I put new coils on my gl1200. One of the old coils had a crack in the middle of it. Got it back together and rode it down the road and back, it ran great. The big test will be in the rain that is when it was cutting out.

Changed the hot battery cable, the old one (35 years old) :shock: gave up on me. Starts right up now. :music:

I got the new to me float for the 1200 in, installed it and running fine.

Just did some carb work on my 1200 got her running good.

I've been having trouble with my carbs again, this makes about the forth time I have taken them off. They were just poring gas out the overflow, so this time I checked everything twice. And one of the floats is full of gas, so I've ordered another one. Not going to try to fix the float, pain in...

Well a couple of nights ago I was leaving work, going down a two lane road. I saw something running in the middle of the road. I had seen a Doe earlier, I had slowed down and then realized it was a fawn (that's a baby deer). I pulled up beside it, and you could hear its hooves on the pavement...

In Texas it has rained 92 out of 172 days, over 32 inches.

My 80 does the same thing when I'm taking off from a dead stop, I just have to give it more RPM,s.
