I will do just that as right now the Venture has my main attention, like yesterday I completely removed all of the rear brake components, disassembled the whole lot, repaired a broken master cylinder and painted all with epoxy paint except for the proportioning valve which I polished and clear coated.
And bought a factory reprint binder of over 450 pages for the bike, so unless otherwise I will be off this thread until I get back into the 81 GL1100 or the time I get another, and I need another near same year Goldwing. If nothing else for parts.

Where should I start that thread?
I'd suggest the General forum or maybe Restorations depending what you think fits best.
