Once I get my single carb setup running good on my '82 I plan on looking into retrofitting some kind of cruise control. Seems to me that it would be way easier with SC because there is way more room on top of engine and the common plenum would have better vacuum (to operate throttle) than OEM rack.

Thoughts?

I have an electronic CC on my bike, I need to tie into the throttle.

The first CC I installed was vacuum operated and worked well from the vacuum of 2 cylinders but under heavy load and throttle it would drop out. That didn't happen often but the 4 cylinder vac source should make a CC much better.
