Hmm not sure I'd trust a weld there though I have seen some nice work on aluminum.

Dan, I agree with you. I really don't think I'll trust a weld on it.
I was hoping to just replace the seals on the axle end of the unit and the reassemble.
Went ahead and bought another used unit and will keep the seals for later. Hopefully see it by next Monday.
FYI: I was able to get the elusive 91265-463-003 seal from Orazio Cycles in Covington, LA. Bill, the owner Very nice guy, who buys up NOS for Hondas. He sells parts and restores bikes.
There is also one more of these available in Oz. If you need it go to BKperformance.com, ask for Bert. Shipped to US was very reasonable.
