mystery part identification help!

I purchased my partly disassembled 'Wing along with boxes of miscellaneous parts, and have identified most of them, but I have two of these locking mechanisms that I can't figure out where they belong. Can any of you experts out there help me out?

Looks like a helmet lock that goes over the chrome stud thats attached on your handlebars to me.

It's the trunk attaching lock. There should be 2 of them. They bolt to the bottom side of the chrome luggage rack at each rear corner.
