You've given me an idea for mine based on this one piece rad cover and air scoops. Mind if I use it. This part of my bike has long been a bug bear. Cool idea. Love it

Maybe some thin lexan can be fitted to the side scoops to retain the look and direct full airflow to the radiator?

Possibly. we will see if it is needed. I have another set painted black already.
 
Rebuilding idlers now. Heads, point drive and fuel pump assembly finished.

Motor ready for installation. I installed T42015 tensioners. New alternator coil. Clutch new. Ready to go. Headed to Florida for a few weeks. Will have to wait till I get back.

Ya...I am part OCD and that annoys me. I taped them off or removed where I could. Then went back in and cleaned them all up. I used a stainless bolt kit for waterpump assembly rather than the Phillips that came with it.
 
Is that just to add more contrast or does it actually shield something? Either way I like the look.

It replaces the stock Honda leg protector. I polished it to add contrast.
