Okay... so new topic for my bike...
I finally pulled the engine out to do some work on replacing the outer clutch basket.
So at the same time I thought I'd clean our the Oil Screen and replace the Neutral Light.
:help: :help: :help: :help: :help:
I can't believe all the time and effort of being the first time removing the engine from the frame has gotten me to a point where I'm stumped in my tracks.

Okay guys I need your help on this one... All four screws are tight and won't budge. Before I man handle and strip the heads I've tried soaking it several days with PB blaster, Applied heat, Tapped on the heads with a hammer, and even tried to grind a notched for a slotted head screwdriver, I've also tried using a vice grips but I'm unable to get them to grab the head (would a smaller vice grips help?). I'm not able to get it to budge.
A little more info... I'm not a welder nor do I attempt to believe that I can. Nor do I have a drill press with tap/die set.
AM I SCREWed?
