I was helping a neighbor with some HVAC work and we got to talking about motorcycles . My neighbor asked me if i was looking for a motorcycle, I said sure what type? he said it was a gold wing and they just loaded it into a trailer heading for the scrap yard. Long story short he gave me the bike. It was rough having sat for 6 yrs with gas in the tank and broken Vetter Saddle bags. I spent the better part of A year restoring it through Ebay and Craigslist. I had to rewire, overhaul carbs, flush gas tank, even replaced the bags with the Honda Line saddle bags. The bike has 70k on the odometer and have put 1k on it in the last few months. Here are some pictures.
