Hi.
Carefully dismantled and rebuilt the clutch. Everything looked ok. Fitted the cable and tried it but got no movement at all. Pulled it apart and it's now on the bench but can't see anything wrong.
Can anyone advise on what could be wrong?

Hi Dan
The pin is there ok. Got the whole assembly laid out on the bench, no apparent faults. The little cam plate and adjuster is all free and good, the cable is new, as are the plates, the lifter plate, the pressure plate. Removed plate B and replaced with 2 standard plates.

I had a problem once on the 1100 clutch where the lever wouldn’t push in on the center throw out bearing. It was solid and didn’t move. It’s been so long I can’t remember what was causing it, but it did turn out to be I had assembled something wrong. Seems like I had put the center spider piece in wrong, bolt placement maybe?
Sorry I can’t help more than that.
